In April250 Year 9 students at St Monica’s RC High School in Prestwich, Manchester listened with rapt attention to THE FED My Voice Holocaust Survivor Storyteller Anne Super who read excerpts from her whole life My Voice story book ’A Citizen of the World’.The students had studied the rise of Hitler and the Holocaust in their history lessons and had also read Anne’s story through her My Voice book. As such, they were very excited to meet her in person.
Pupils were also assigned the task of creating an art project related to Anne’s story, such as a poem, drawing, or newspaper report. Their output was displayed and, as you can see, was of a very high standard. Anne was visibly moved by the presentation, requesting the originals to keep for posterity!
