From 11 to 31 May, Islington will be transformed by poetry slams, reading flash mobs, author events and even a tea dance with a difference. We're looking for six reporters, aged 13-19 and Islington-based, who will work with Islington Libraries and The Reading Agency to report on the amazing events taking place at the festival.
We've joined up with Asia House to find a group of six aspiring reporters to be the official Young Reporters of the 2012 Asia House Festival of Asian Literature.
On Tuesday 13th March the 'Libraries Lobby' took place in the Westminster Central Hall attracting hundreds of people including members of the general public, library campaigners, authors, librarians and library staff and celebrities who all gathered to Speak Up for Libraries.
